Submitting an order form does not automatically confirm an order. StroGraze will review the request and confirm availability, details, pricing, pickup, delivery, and any special requirements before the order is finalized.

Prices, menu items, ingredients, and availability may change based on seasonality, ingredient cost, order size, event needs, and custom requests. Final pricing is confirmed directly before payment is completed.
Payments
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers, including Stripe. StroGraze does not store full payment card information on this website. Payment may be required before an order is prepared or delivered.
Pickup and Delivery
Pickup locations, delivery availability, delivery fees, and time windows are confirmed after an order request is reviewed. Requested times are not guaranteed until confirmed by StroGraze.
Custom Orders and Substitutions
StroGraze may customize boards based on preferences, dietary notes, event details, and ingredient availability. Exact ingredients and presentation may vary from photos due to seasonality and supply.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate allergy and dietary information before an order is finalized. While StroGraze may try to accommodate requests, products may be prepared in environments where common allergens are present.
Cancellations and Changes
